Welcome to Sauce Mastering AI. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Your Content

You retain full ownership of any audio you upload. You are responsible for holding all necessary rights to the audio you submit. We do not claim ownership of your uploads or the masters we generate — those belong to you.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not upload audio you don't have the rights to, or use the service for any illegal or infringing purpose. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

3. Subscriptions & Credits

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. Credits are consumed per action as described on our pricing page. Failed jobs are automatically refunded.

4. File Retention

Files are retained according to your plan. Free-tier files may be deleted after 14 days. Paid-tier files are retained while your subscription is active. See our Refund Policy for cancellation details.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
