Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Sauce Mastering AI.

1. Failed Jobs

If a mastering or mix-improvement job fails, the credits used are automatically refunded to your account. No action needed.

2. Subscriptions

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months, but you will not be charged again after cancelling.

3. Credit Packs

One-time credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

4. Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 30 days and we'll investigate.

5. Cancellation Grace Period

After cancellation, your files are retained for a 30-day grace period before deletion, giving you time to download your masters.
